People are constantly asking me ‘Why are you getting up so early, at six, how can you do it?’ And I’m keep answering them that is not so hard, because at 6:00 am begins my favourite hour of the day. I wake up, put on my running shoes and discover the forests and parks. I run, I jump over the roots and leaves, I play and meditate. My body and soul find peace and I find love to live the day. And yes, I admit, waking up is more or less painful also for me. But knowing, what comes after my body crawls out of bed, is motivation good enough to ‘torture myself’ with early mornings… Actually – I feel lucky that I can exchange an hour of sleep for an hour of running!
